Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for owning and growing a multi-state territory across the Southwest and Pacific regions while working on-site from our Carlisle, PA headquarters. This role focuses on developing new business, supporting channel partners, and expanding customer relationships within the AV/IP marketplace.

About the Role
This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA and supports customers across the Southwest and Pacific regions.
This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a defined territory while working closely with our engineering and leadership teams. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, supporting channel partners, and expanding Z-Band’s presence in the market.
Travel typically ranges from 20–25% and includes customer meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Ownership & Sales Execution
- Own and grow a multi-state territory, driving revenue through both new business and existing accounts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry networking
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through proposal and closing
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Client & Channel Partner Development
- Develop strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, installers, and end users
- Support and enable channel partners with technical sales guidance and product knowledge
- Identify customer needs and align Z-Band solutions to solve real-world challenges
Technical Sales & Collaboration
- Present and demonstrate Z-Band’s RF and IP video distribution solutions with technical accuracy and confidence
- Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to support customer solutions and project success
- Represent Z-Band at trade shows, industry events, and in-person client meetings
CRM & Strategic Planning
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions using our CRM (HubSpot)
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform territory strategy
- Leverage HubSpot to actively manage pipeline, track sales activity, and support data-driven decision making
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in territory sales, technical sales, or a related customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage and grow a geographic territory or regional customer base
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with consultative sales and managing a full sales cycle
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, relationship building, and long-term account development
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle rental requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in AV/IP, RF systems, or related technologies
- Familiarity with networking concepts (VLAN, multicast/unicast, structured cabling, etc.)
- Experience working with integrators, consultants, or large facility environments (healthcare, hospitality, higher education, or similar industries)
Location & Travel Requirements
- This position is based on-site in Carlisle, PA
- This is not a remote role
- Travel typically ranges from 20–25% across the assigned territory
