Position Overview
We are seeking a supportive, dependable Teacher Aide to assist classroom teachers in creating a warm, engaging, and safe learning environment for children. This role is ideal for someone beginning their early childhood education journey and eager to learn in a collaborative, child-centered setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist lead and assistant teachers with classroom routines and supervision.
- Support children during play, meals, and transitions.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and enriching environment.
- Set up materials for activities and assist with basic documentation.
- Model respectful, nurturing interactions with children.
- Participate in team discussions and professional development sessions.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.

- Some knowledge of principles and techniques of Early Childhood Education.
