What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Parent Specialist Toledo, OH position at YWCA of NWO?
Full-time (40 hour) position with benefits in our Toledo, OH office. Responsible for providing consultations and training to parents regarding quality childcare, conducting childcare searches for families, maintaining current information from providers and participating in community services as directed.
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field required plus two (2) years’ experience. Knowledge of the early childhood system, childcare program quality standards, Ohio childcare licensing, and early childhood development necessary. Excellent organizational and time management skills required. Trauma training a plus. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required. Ability and willingness to travel required.
Salary Range: $19.00 - 23.00 hourly. Benefits available.
