Communicate with participants and families, supporting program retention efforts. Provide staffing support to additional Girls & Youth programs as needed.Perform Administrative Tasks Distribute, collect, and ensure accurate completion of registration forms. Implement program evaluation methods following Girls & Youth standards. Utilize the program's online data management system. Contribute to monthly reports summarizing activities and participant impact.Seek Continuous Professional Development Participate in professional learning opportunities to enhance programming. Develop and enrich activities based on youth interests and requests. Attend meetings with the Beacons team, Beacons Network, and school staff.
