RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for supporting programs related to professional development in preparation for work and/or training in the clean energy sector. This position will have an emphasis on recruitment, tracking data, and resource referral for participants. The Adult Career Specialist will support the director in attending community events and promotions of the CEJA training programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
§ Interest or experience working in the clean energy sector preferred.
§ Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by agency insurance company.
§ Attend and complete all required training.
§ Have a general understanding and basic skills in Microsoft Office products.
§ Proficiency in English required; second language preferred.
§ Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
§ Comfortable with presenting in front of small groups.
§ Must be available to start work as soon as possible.
WORK HOURS
Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.; occasional evenings or weekends for recruitment events.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
