What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afternoon Preschool Assistant Group Supervisor position at YWCA Hanover?
We are currently looking for an afternoon part-time staff to work in our children’s learning Academy with children ages 3-5. The hours are Monday-Friday from 12:00 pm-6:00 pm. Additional hours are available as needed during the day.
Candidate should be able to plan and implement age-appropriate activities, assist with daily operations, maintain a positive, healthy, and safe learning environment and promote positive and professional relationships with children and families. Knowledge of DHS and Keystone STARS preferred.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4 clearances (PA Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI, and NSOR)
- 2 recommendation letters
- Physical with TB test
- 2500 hours documented experience working with children
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
