Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly (Union-Represented)
Hiring Salary: $28.00 per hour (per grant agreement)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly
Grant Status: Two positions funded through June 2027
Location: Duluth, MN, with regional travel across Northeastern Minnesota
Work Model: community-based, in-office
Job Description:
The Systems Navigator provides culturally responsive, relationship-based navigation and coordination services through New Neighbors, an initiative supporting immigrant and refugee community members across northern Minnesota. This position delivers direct services that improve access to legal resources, employment pathways, public benefits, and essential community services. The Services Navigator meets participants where they are: at community sites, homes, workplaces, partner organizations, and through phone and virtual platforms, thus reducing barriers and promoting pathways toward stability and opportunity. The ideal candidate is community-centered, organized, adaptable, and committed to advancing YWCA Duluth’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women while promoting justice, freedom, peace, and dignity for all.
