Description
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Association by delivering exceptional customer service to members, participants, and the public. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, confidentiality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Opportunity for additional per diem shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming and outgoing calls; page staff and residents as needed, ensuring accurate and timely message delivery.

Greet and assist visitors, directing them to appropriate locations, departments, or meetings within the building.

Provide clear and friendly information to the public regarding programs, workshops, memberships, parking, and related procedures.

Promote and process program and membership sales, ensuring accurate communication through internal channels and the intercom system.

Support general administrative and operational tasks to help maintain smooth front desk and office functions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 yrs or older
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Detail-orientated, organized and self motivated.
- Excellent communication, people and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks
