YWAM Twin Pines Campus is located on a 60-acre campus west of Ephrata. We exist to provide integrated support for YWAM Lancaster's mission through hospitality, corporate services, and training opportunities. Leveraging the entrepreneurial spirit of Lancaster County, we aim to create an environment where people can rest, build, and engage.

YWAM Twin Pine Campus currently operates a nine-room Bed & Breakfast and commercial properties on campus.

The mission of YWAM Lancaster, our sister organization, is to catalyze a movement of Jesus Followers to fulfill the Great Commission: Lives Transformed – Nations Impacted – Eternity Shifted.

POSITION SUMMARY

CONCIERGE – This is a part-time, on-call hospitality and customer service role supporting guests of the Twin Pine Bed & Breakfast.

This position is primarily remote and involves answering calls and emails, managing reservations, processing payments, and assisting guests who are planning their stay in Lancaster County.

The concierge serves as the first point of contact for many guests and helps ensure they have a positive and welcoming experience when interacting with Twin Pine Campus.

SCHEDULE

We are currently seeking someone available for: (Approximately 13 hours per week)

• Wednesdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fridays 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• One required weekend per month (approximately 25 hours)

Weekend coverage includes:

• Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Schedules are created in two-month rolling periods to allow flexibility for team members when coverage adjustments are needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Reservations & Customer Service

• Manage guest reservations through ResNexus, email, and phone calls
• Enter and update reservations within the reservation system
• Process guest deposits and payments through ResNexus
• Process reservation changes and cancellations
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Guest Support

• Serve as a concierge by assisting guests with questions about their stay
• Recommend activities, restaurants, and attractions in Lancaster County
• Provide clear communication and helpful information to guests before arrival

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Flexible: Comfortable with an on-call style schedule and able to respond to calls and emails during scheduled hours.

People-Oriented: Enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming guest experience.

Customer Service Experience: 1–3 years of hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Organized: Detail-oriented and able to manage reservations and communication efficiently.

Self-Motivated: Able to complete tasks independently and manage responsibilities without close supervision.

Tech-comfortable: Willing to learn reservation systems and other basic software used for guest management.

I understand that this is an on-call role. Which means, regardless of the call activity level, I am paid the on-call rate for the hours I am scheduled regardless of activity level. The expected call activity will vary, but can be expected to be between zero (0) and five (5) calls per hour.

I understand this is an on-call role, which allows me to operate remotely from not only the office, but also remotely from my home.

In this role, I will answer customer calls and emails when they first come in, and return calls in a timely manner to assist with a customers reservation once I return home and have access to a Computer.
