As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will build relationships, educate clients, and help individuals and families select the insurance coverage that fits their needs. You will work in a supportive environment that values professional development, work-life balance, and genuine client care.
- Base salary of $30,000 per year, with first-year earnings typically between $40,000 and $60,000

Requirements
- Prior insurance experience and Property and Casualty license is preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a bonus
- Coachable, intuitive, and resourceful mindset
- Ability to create relationships from a cold start
