As a Growth Specialist at Yuzu Cleaning, you'll start where every great leader does: in the work itself. You'll gain hands-on experience as a Home Care Specialist — cleaning, organizing, and delivering the kind of service our clients rave about. No experience needed. We cover all training and expenses, because we're invested in you from day one.
From there, the path forward is yours to shape. The more you learn, lead, and improve, the more responsibility you'll earn — from owning a section of the business, to analyzing data, to driving real growth alongside our General Manager. Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide high-quality home services such as dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, laundry, and organizing
- Go above and beyond to surprise and delight customers (e.g., leave fresh flowers)
- Care deeply about the customer experience in every interaction
- Master the tasks within your assigned service area as the foundation for growth
- Take ownership of a section of the business as you advance, finding creative solutions to improve it
- Work with the owners to analyze business data and implement improvements
- Innovate processes that positively impact business growth
