The Opportunity
This Chief of Staff role serves as the operational right hand to the CEO and functions as the firm’s integrator. You will be responsible for turning strategy into execution—running the operating cadence, aligning leaders, and ensuring priorities move forward with discipline and follow-through.
This is a highly trusted role focused on building clarity, protecting focus, and creating systems that allow the CEO and leadership team to operate at their highest level. The Chief of Staff brings order to complexity, strengthens accountability, and ensures the business scales in a sustainable, values-aligned way.

Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the CEO
- Protect and structure the CEO’s time, priorities, and decision-making focus
- Act as a buffer and escalation point between the CEO and leadership team
- Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions and leadership offsites
2. Systems and Project Management
- Run the firm’s operating cadence, including EOS rhythms, meetings, and follow-through
- Standardize and optimize project management and CRM usage across departments
- Build and maintain KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Own SOP documentation and ensure adoption through Trainual and related tools
3. People Management
- Coach and support functional leaders on execution, accountability, and performance
- Strengthen role clarity, reporting lines, and leadership communication
- Partner with People & Culture to reinforce core values and performance standards
4. Business Development
- Translate growth goals into executable initiatives with clear owners and timelines
- Track revenue and growth metrics to inform prioritization and pacing
- Coordinate with internal leaders and external partners on growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7 years in operations, integrator, chief of staff, or senior management roles
- Prior experience operating within EOS or a similar organizational framework
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Logistics and Compensation
- Location: In-person, split between Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexibility required)
- Start date: March 15, 2026
- Compensation: $130,000 base salary plus performance-based incentive
