Roles & Responsibilities include the following:
- Must be able to complete and maintain:
- Blanking Press Operator Qualifications
- Operate 1000T Blanking Press and meet productivity and quality standards.
- Be able to troubleshoot and resolve minor press alarms.
- Crane Operator certification
- Forklift Operator certification
- Perform PM’s and Process Checks on stamped parts using fixed and variable gaging.
- Perform 5S in assigned work areas.
- Operate overhead crane.
- Receive and unload coils and complete receiving documentation.
- Identify and report part quality concerns to die maintenance and management.
- Perform Die and coil line change overs:
Qualified candidates for this Associate level position should be customer focused, have good organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, have good communication (written and verbal) interpersonal skills, and be able to solve any problems that arise in a timely and consistent manner. In addition, candidates must be able to multi-task, work independently, and take initiative.
