Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
• Gather and organize critical documents such as medical records and case evidence.
• Help clients complete forms and applications accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and answer questions.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
• Monitor case progress, ensuring deadlines are met and next steps are clear.
• Assist attorneys with case development and trial or settlement preparation.
• Keep all case files—both digital and physical—well-organized and up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No legal experience needed—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; legal software experience is a plus.
• A team player who can also take initiative independently.
• Compassionate and professional when working with clients in sensitive situations.
