About this Position
We're seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys building personalized customer journeys, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle marketing campaigns from strategy and creative development through deployment, analysis, and optimization.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify trends and recommend optimization strategies.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Partner with Product, Creative, Marketing Technology, Data, and Analytics teams to build and optimize automated customer journeys.
Job Skills/Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or retention marketing.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $35–$45/hour
