Together, we employ over 1,000 people in Central Ohio from entry-level packing or material handling roles to senior executives and leadership who are experts in their field. If you're forklift certified, handy with a scanner, and comfortable in a warehouse, we’re looking for you! At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You’ll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks, and reach lifts
- Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track every move with handheld scanners or SAP
- Pick up materials and components for production runs
- Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care
- Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily, and report any issues urgently
- Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks
- Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full
- Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed
- Always keep things safe, clean, and GMP compliant (this is a beauty & wellness manufacturing site, after all)
- High school diploma or GED preferred (if you've got the experience and skill, we still want to hear from you)
- Prior experience operating PIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- SAP experience is not required but preferred
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Comfortable to lift up to 50 lbs, and work around motorized equipment all day
- Take pride in keeping things organized and moving smoothly
