- Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure data accuracy and completeness, entering relevant information into the corresponding forms or databases.
- Office Management: Act as the point person for office maintenance, including overseeing office equipment, handling mailing, managing supplies, and coordinating any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Financial Documents: Handle financial documents for vendors, which may include tasks such as bank registration, tax application form submissions, and invoice verification.
- Vendor Invoices: Verify, approve, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
