Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Irvine, CA for a Post College Grad Interested in Law and Food and Restaurant (F&B) Business. The role involves assisting with all aspects of running a business as well as legal research, drafting legal documents, supporting business litigation and transactional matters, and conducting writing and research tasks. The role also includes assisting with labor and employment law cases as needed.
Qualifications
- Korean Language a PLUS
- Passion for F&B and Law
- Knowledge of Law, Business Law, and Labor and Employment Law
- Strong Writing and Research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
