- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with OpenTable for reservations management.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest relations best practices.
