Yume Sushi Bar is looking for an experienced, professional, and team oriented Bartender to join our team in Calabasas.
We are a high volume, upscale Japanese restaurant with a strong reputation and loyal guest following. This is a great opportunity for a bartender who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, providing exceptional guest service, and being part of a successful team.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, sake, cocktails, and specialty beverages
• Deliver outstanding guest service in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards behind the bar
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Work closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Help maintain a positive and professional work environment
