Role Description We’re hiring an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to prepare construction cost estimates, manage budgets and schedules, and support project execution from planning through completion. This is a full-time, office-based role for a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate construction estimates, takeoffs, and bids
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Track project progress and manage changes
• Apply cost control strategies to improve profitability
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in construction estimating/project management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Engineering background or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient with estimating and project management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
