Job Summary: The Instructional Coach supports school improvement and student achievement by building capacity in leadership, instruction, assessment, communication, collaboration, and culture. Reporting to the Executive Director, Mastery of the Arts Program and Director of Strategic Projects, the role involves coaching and mentoring teachers, facilitating professional development, participating in professional learning communities, leveraging data to inform instruction, and modeling effective teaching practices. The Instructional Coach collaborates with school leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement school improvement plans, monitor student progress, and deliver professional development aligned with academic standards. This position focuses on advancing instructional quality and program effectiveness. Essential Job Functions:
