About the Role

Yum Clouds is seeking a highly organized, dependable Fulfillment and Inventory Lead who works quickly, pays close attention to detail, and takes ownership of getting orders out accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing environment. Order deadlines, changing priorities, and urgent requests can create significant pressure. The right candidate stays focused, responds with urgency, and completes tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

We need someone with a positive, solution-oriented attitude who is willing to jump in, take direction, and help wherever needed. Success requires independent follow-through and the ability to keep work moving without constant reminders.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Prioritize, pick, verify, pack, and prepare orders to meet delivery deadlines.
• Check product quantities, SKUs, labels, barcodes, and required documentation before orders leave the facility.
• Coordinate order readiness and delivery schedules with sales, production, packaging, and delivery staff.
• Communicate shortages, delays, and discrepancies immediately, along with proposed solutions.
• Update inventory and order records promptly after each fulfillment activity.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate counts of work in progress, finished products, and packaging supplies.
• Complete scheduled weekly inventory counts and additional spot checks as needed.
• Open boxes and verify actual quantities rather than relying solely on labels or previous records.
• Investigate discrepancies and document corrections.
• Keep inventory organized, clearly labeled, and in its designated location.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate upcoming shortages and replenishment needs.

Testing and Product Readiness

• Track submitted samples, testing dates, pending results, and Certificates of Analysis.
• Actively monitor outstanding results and follow up with the appropriate team members.
• Keep testing spreadsheets and product status records current.
• Coordinate required steps after results arrive so approved products become available for orders promptly.
• Confirm required approvals and documentation before moving products into available finished inventory.

Spreadsheets and Reporting

• Maintain accurate, current inventory, testing, fulfillment, and delivery spreadsheets.
• Provide timely reports on completed orders, upcoming shipments, pending tests, inventory shortages, and priorities.
• Enter information as work is completed so records reflect current activity.
• Identify workflow problems and recommend practical improvements.

Operational Support

• Complete bank deposits, business errands, and supply pickups accurately and promptly.
• Plan errands around fulfillment deadlines and communicate availability.
• Assist packaging with labeling, counting, boxing, and other tasks as needed.
• Float to other departments and support daily operations when priorities change.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment, inventory, warehouse operations, or a similar deadline-driven role.
• Strong attention to detail paired with rapid task completion.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel to maintain records and reports.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
• Clear communication, reliable attendance, and consistent follow-through.
• Willingness to accept direction, respond constructively to feedback, and support the team.
• Comfortable handling deposits and confidential business information responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to complete business errands.
• Cannabis inventory and seed-to-sale system experience preferred.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
