Yum and Chill Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead a Taco Bell restaurant in New Jersey. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can build a strong team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive restaurant sales and profitability.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, develop your management team, maintain high standards for food quality and safety, and create a positive environment where employees can grow and customers want to return.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations: Ensure efficient restaurant operations, consistent food quality, and excellent service.
• Recruit and develop talent: Hire, train, coach, and retain managers and team members.
• Drive sales and profitability: Set performance goals, monitor results, and implement strategies to improve business performance.
• Control operating costs: Manage labor, food costs, inventory, scheduling, and budgets.
• Deliver great guest experiences: Maintain service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness: Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation requirements, and Taco Bell brand standards.
• Build a strong team culture: Foster accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development.
• Ensure operational compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable employment requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience.
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve restaurant performance.
• Experience managing restaurant budgets, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and financial results.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
