- Designs, develops, and maintains both frontend and backend systems, leads technical initiatives, mentors junior developers, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Assist other junior/mid developers with any problematic areas such as coding, testing, debugging, security, and analytics.
- Writing advanced programming code in languages including C#, SQL, Java, Python and more.

- Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities ensuring that applications are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
