Job Summary
We are looking for a HVAC Service or Install technician to diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems. This role is ideal for a technician who can work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in doing the job right the first time
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and system repairs.
- Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers.
- Complete work orders accurately and on time.
- Follow all safety, company, and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Coordinate with dispatch, as needed, to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and safety meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA Certification (required).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Professional customer communication skills.
