Job Title: Line Cook – Asian Cuisine
About Us:
We’re a halal Asian cuisine restaurant in Allen Park, focused on bringing high-quality Chinese and broader Asian flavors to the community. Our kitchen team is led by an experienced chef, and we’re looking for dedicated wok cook to help bring the menu to life.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and ensure consistent quality and presentation according to recipes and chef direction.
- Work as part of a team to keep the line running smoothly during service.
- Maintain a clean and organized station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing duties.
- Support the Chef in developing new dishes and improving processes.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates.
- Ability to follow instructions, take feedback, and work collaboratively with the Chef and other staff.
- Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
