About the Role
Yudrio is looking for a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Sales Specialist who knows how to connect with people, build relationships, and turn conversations into opportunities.
This isn't a traditional sales position where you're selling a product or service. Instead, you'll be selling career opportunities to skilled professionals and helping them understand why Yudrio could be the right next step in their careers.
You'll work closely with our recruitment team to identify prospective candidates, initiate conversations, overcome objections, and generate interest in opportunities that can be challenging to fill.
Location
- Leesburg, VA
- Twice per week on-site
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and generate interest in career opportunities.
- Use sales techniques to engage individuals who may not be actively looking for a new job.
- Deliver compelling pitches that communicate Yudrio's value proposition.
- Build rapport, establish trust, and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
- Navigate objections, answer questions, and influence decision-making.
- Follow up consistently to move interested prospects through the recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to turn conversations into successful hires.

- Have experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or outbound calling.
- Are comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations.
- Know how to handle objections and turn a "not interested" into a meaningful conversation.
- Are naturally persuasive, energetic, and confident on the phone.
- Enjoy working toward measurable goals and earning performance-based incentives.
- Can think on your feet and adapt your approach to different personalities.
Compensation
- Hourly rate $500 bonus for every successful hire, subject to the bonus plan
- Paid training and ongoing coaching
