Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender at Yucatan Beach Stand Bar, located in Fort Myers, FL. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Day-to-day tasks also include interacting with patrons, taking and fulfilling orders, and handling cash or payment transactions in alignment with company policies. Responsibilities extend to monitoring inventory levels, ensuring cleanliness, and complying with food and beverage safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide friendly and effective interactions with patrons.
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service and Bartending, including mixing drinks and managing bar inventory efficiently.
- Proficient Cash Handling skills to process payments accurately and ensure financial accountability.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol in Florida and possess any required certifications.
