Job Summary
Special day class teacher supporting students who are elementary age with moderate/severe disabilities grades 2-4. Teacher provides specialized academic instruction for students and works collaboratively with paraeducators and related service providers to ensure students receive services as outlined in the Individual Education Plan (IEP). Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing the IEP as well as providing supervision for students in special day class, community and general education settings.
