High School diploma, (or equivalent) AND 48 college units or Associate or Bachelor's degree or passing score (70% in both ELA and Math) on the Paraprofessional Exam administered by the Sutter County Superintendent of Schools, located at 970 Klamath Lane, Yuba City, (530)822-2900. **YOU MUST ATTACH PROOF OF THIS REQUIREMENT BY EITHER ATTACHING A COPY OF COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS OR ATTACHING A COPY OF THE PARAPROFESSIONAL LETTER SHOWING PASSING SCORE OF 70% IN BOTH ELA AND MATH**

LATERAL TRANSFER POSTING FIRST 3 DAYS (5/21/2026 – 5/26/2026) PROMOTIONAL/QUALIFIED INTERNAL APPLICANTS CONSIDERED AFTER NO LATERAL INTEREST- 5 DAYS (5/21/2026 – 5/28/2026) OUTSIDE APPLICANTS CONSIDERED AFTER ALL QUALIFIED IN-DISTRICT APPLICANTS ARE INTERVIEWED District/End of month paid employees (excludes timesheet and probationary status) should apply during the first 5 days of the 10 day posting period. Probationary employees will be considered with external applicants.
