What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recovery Specialist, PM Shift Lead (55025) position at YSS?

YSS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated PM Shift Lead for our Ember Recovery Campus. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth through structure, support, and therapeutic care. This is a PM position, which means an evening schedule of 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
What You'll Do...
- Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with youth clients
- Maintain structure, uphold rules, and ensure consistent consequences
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet client needs
- Oversee evening operations and documentation
- Supervise and provide feedback to Recovery Specialists
- Partner with leadership on performance evaluations and staff development
- Communicate with families and case workers as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation and maintain required training.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVES - Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- One year of related experience
- This role involves travel, including transporting clients. To meet YSS insurance requirements, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Carry insurance that meets YSS coverage standards

- Maintains reliability and accountability, consistently meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities.
