YSI is seeking a highly qualified Database Admin. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or associate in computer science or Associates.
· Extensive SQL experience and knowledge with developing data structures and stored procedures, and to support/install new databases.
· Provide ‘SQL’ creation and analysis support for developers.
· SQL Server Management Studios (SSMS)
· SQL Server 2022 Datacenter (SSIS, ETL, HA, Replication, Clustering, STIG/patching) ~25 Databases
· SAP/BusinessObjects Web Intelligence 4.3
· Develop database stored procedures and script database update.
· Research, plan, develop, test and implement scripts for SQL quarterly Critical Patch Updates and one-off database patches.
· Develop, install, manage, and audit database security triggers and logins.
· Review and revise database privileges to support least privilege concept.
· Create full sized, coordinated testing database for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
· Maintain updated documentation of the database specifications through an HTML site.
· Research, plan, develop, test and implement scripts for SQL database upgrades to support new versions of COTS software.
· Provide Tier II support in trouble shooting and resolving production database issues.

Pay: $133,360.00 - $140,536.00 per year
