YS Plumbing & Heating is looking for hardworking and dependable Warehouse Helpers / Order Pickers for our Brooklyn warehouse. This position involves pulling plumbing material, preparing customer orders, organizing inventory, loading/unloading shipments, and helping maintain an efficient warehouse operation.
Plumbing supply or plumbing parts experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated and ready to work.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Locate plumbing and heating materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks and deliveries
- Help organize shelves, bins, and warehouse inventory
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments
- Verify quantities and materials before orders leave the warehouse
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Work together with supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff
- Follow company procedures and warehouse instructions
Qualifications
- Plumbing supply or plumbing parts knowledge is a very big plus
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Forklift experience is a plus
