What you will do:
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication in both Mandarin and English.
- Assist in managing client accounts, tracking service performance, and resolving issues or escalations.
- Support senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure client expectations are met.
- Participate in client meetings and calls as needed to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activity.
- Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client relationship management or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
