Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior inspections of occupied and vacant units
- Inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and overall condition
- Document findings in AppFolio using detailed notes and photos
- Identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, and deferred repairs
- Identify and document lease violations professionally and accurately
- Communicate findings with Maintenance Dispatcher and Property Managers
- Prioritize and complete inspections efficiently
- Maintenance experience required (residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building systems and common repairs
- Familiar with Fair Housing laws and proper documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Clean criminal background
