Lead Barista

YoYo Donuts pairs fresh, made-from-scratch donuts with a great cup of coffee — and our baristas are a big reason people keep coming back. We're looking for a friendly, fast-moving barista who can pull a great shot, keep the line moving, and send every guest out the door with a smile (and probably a donut). Early risers who love a busy morning rush will thrive here.

• Craft espresso and coffee drinks to recipe — consistent, quality, and quick.
• Greet and serve guests warmly at the counter, take orders, box donuts, and ring up sales on the register/POS.
• Keep the espresso bar, coffee station, and dining area clean, stocked, and inviting throughout your shift.
• Handle opening and/or closing duties: brewing, prepping, restocking, and cleaning down equipment.
• Answer questions about donuts, coffee, and daily specials, and help guests find their new favorite.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Jump in wherever the team needs a hand during the rush.

Qualifications
Barista or café/coffee experience preferred (espresso machine experience a plus) — but we'll happily train the right friendly, motivated person.
Customer service, food-service, or retail experience welco
