The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design products that help creators manage brand partnerships, from initial discovery to final execution.
- Use high-fidelity prototyping (and AI-assisted "vibe coding") to demonstrate motion, transitions, and complex logic to stakeholders.
- Navigate the YouTube ecosystem to ensure brand deal features integrate seamlessly with Creator Studio and viewer-facing surfaces.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to turn user insights into functional, beautiful interfaces.
- Apply and contribute to the YouTube design system, ensuring a high bar for visual polish and accessibility.
