Aesthetic Consultant / Sales Representative
Location: Youthful Medical Spa – Ponte Vedra / Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $18/hour base pay Uncapped Commission & Bonus Opportunities
Realistic OTE: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking a bubbly, warm, and professional Aesthetic Consultant / Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is sales-hungry, highly motivated, and passionate about aesthetics, with the ability to make every client feel valued and cared for.
This role is unique because you’ll work directly inside the spa, checking out clients after their services and presenting additional treatments, packages, and memberships in real time. Rather than chasing outside leads, you’ll be positioned to build relationships and close sales with warm, in-house clients who are already engaged in our services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
Check out clients following their services and use that moment as an opportunity to present memberships, packages, and enhancements.
Build rapport quickly and make each guest feel welcome and cared for.
Educate clients on available treatments, services, and memberships to create customized aesthetic plans.
Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals through effective in-house consultations and upselling.
Provide timely follow-up through phone, email, and text using platforms such as Mozeo, Demandforce, and Constant Contact.
Collaborate with providers and the management team to optimize patient scheduling and maximize revenue opportunities.
Manage client records, documentation, consents, and payment processing in line with practice policies.
Monitor and respond to inquiries from voicemail, email, and online platforms.
Ensure treatment rooms and consultation areas are stocked, tidy, and client-ready.
Actively participate in promotional events, training, and team meetings.
Qualifications
Required: Background in medical aesthetics (medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment).
Preferred: Experience in aesthetic sales, patient consulting, or treatment coordination.
Outgoing, bubbly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, hungry, and motivated with a proven ability to close sales and meet goals.
Professional, polished, and able to handle sensitive conversations discreetly.
Proficient with scheduling/CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable to daily/weekly goals.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule & Availability
Must have open availability to work during spa hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:15 am – 6:15 pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 10:15 am – 7:15 pm
Ability to work Saturdays is required - usually 2/month.
This role is not compatible with candidates currently attending school or requiring set days off.
