Full-time Speech Language Pathologist position in an out-patient, private practice setting treating infants and children up to the age of nine. The position is 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling. Our therapists work closely with other team members including occupational therapists, physical therapists, family resource coordinators and ancillary staff such as registered dieticians, vision and hearing specialists. We are seeking an SLP with experience treating the birth to 3 population as well as children with feeding disorders but will also consider new graduates completing their CFY. We have an experienced team of SLPs who are able to provide supervision and mentorship as needed. The position comes with competitive salary based on experience with profit sharing, vacation and sick pay, paid license and ASHA dues, generous continuing education budget, medical and dental, paid holidays, and 401k with generous employer contribution.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement speech language programs that focus on evidence-based practice Work directly with patients and families to maximize function Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress with family and caregivers Record and document patient care services Collaborate with other team members for comprehensive care

Qualifications: Candidates with 2 years of pediatric experience preferred Master's degree or higher from an accredited university Must have or obtain license to practice as an SLP in the state of Washington Ability to handle physical workload Ability to build rapport with patients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
