As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient health status and needs.
- Manage complex chronic conditions and high-risk patients.
- Work closely with physicians to manage complex home care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions and wound care.
- Ensure patients receive appropriate support in their living environments.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Experience in private duty home healthcare.
- Background in care management (willing to train).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital health platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
