Front Desk & Pro Shop Associate

Youth Tennis San Diego seeks motivated front desk personnel with retail experience to join our Barnes Tennis Center team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls
• Restock Pro Shop and receive new inventory
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Cashiering through our current system
• Enforce company policies
• Present yourself in a positive and professional manner at all times

Position Requirements and Skills:

• Comfortable interacting with parents and children
• Sit down for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 20lbs
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to multitask and be adaptable
• Work well in a team environment
• Must be punctual and responsible
• Pro Shop and tennis/pickleball knowledge preferred
• Must have early morning, night, and weekend availability
• Live Scan fingerprinting background check and SafePlay Certification required. If selected, employment is contingent upon the results.
• GED/High School diploma required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Compensation is based on ability and experience.
