What you’ll do:
· Coordinate exchange students’ activities and experiences locally
· Recruit and work with host families to make sure everyone feels supported
· Organize events and outings that showcase local culture
· Offer guidance and encouragement to students adjusting to a new environment and mediate minor issues between host family and student
What you need to succeed:
· Experience in international exchange (study abroad or hosting an international student)
· Positive, friendly attitude and great communication skills
· Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities at once
· A passion for helping young people grow and learn
