Youth For Tomorrow is looking for a Licensed Therapist/Licensed eligible therapist for our office in Woodbridge. We are seeking a Licensed/Masters level Therapist to provide outpatient services to school age children and adolescents. This is a full-time position with benefits. Training and supervision for the play therapy credential is also available.

This is a hybrid position with four days in the office for face-to-face sessions and one day (Friday) remote for telehealth sessions. We work Monday through Friday and this includes three late nights until 7pm. Our clinicians conduct 25 sessions a week. Our office in Woodbridge have a well established team of therapists with strong community support.

In our outpatient behavioral health program, we serve ages 5 to adult in the safety net. We provide services to uninsured and under insured populations, accept most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. YFT provides outpatient behavioral health services in Northern Virginia through a hybrid model of in-person and tele-health sessions.

YFT’s behavioral health services also are accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
- Master’s Degree and licensure (LMHP) to provide counseling services.
- Demonstrated ability to work with adolescents and families in a counseling setting and function within an evaluation team format.
- Ability to assess treatment needs and deliver appropriate interventions.
- Ability to maintain all required documentation.
- Bi-lingual speaking skills (Spanish and English)
- Professionally facilitate counseling functions as they apply to our milieu of care.
