Role Description The Case Manager is a full-time, role based in Elkton, MD. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated employee to work with disadvantaged youth between 16-24 years old in a GED/Job Readiness program.
Qualifications
- The ideal appliant will have experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, education or a related field.
- Strong skills in assessment, care planning, coordination of services, and client advocacy, with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and the ability to build trust with youth, families, and partners.
- Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining detailed case notes, preparing reports, and using case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, exercising sound judgment and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
