Driving Instructor (Class D) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Job Summary:

Youth Driving Schools is seeking responsible, reliable, and professional individuals to join our team as Driving Instructors. We are looking for candidates who are committed to safety, professionalism, and delivering high-quality driver education to our students.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least 5 years
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years (no accidents or violations)
- Clean background record (lifetime background check required – no exceptions)
- Must meet all eligibility requirements set by the Ohio Department of Public Safety
- Class D Instructor License preferred
- If not licensed, we will assist qualified candidates in obtaining their instructor license
Preferred Candidates:
- Licensed driving instructors
- Bilingual candidates (highly preferred)
- Individuals with backgrounds in:
- Education (Teachers)
- Law Enforcement
Training & Compensation:
- Paid training provided for all new hires
- Full-time employees receive on-site, structured training
- All required onboarding steps and checklists are completed at our facility—with pay
