Residential Treatment Program – Direct Care Staff
Our residential treatment program provides 24-hour support and short-term care for individuals with behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges. The goal of the program is to help stabilize clients and prepare them for a successful transition to a longer-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as an active member of the therapeutic team
- Learn and support each resident’s individualized treatment goals
- Implement appropriate interventions as directed
- Observe, document, and report on client progress
- Identify current needs and suggest new goals to the treatment team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct care in a behavioral health, residential, or institutional setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
