The YCS George Washington School in Hackensack is currently hiring an Occupational Therapist. The Sawtelle Learning Center provides Special Education and ABA Services for 90 students within the spectrum of autism ages 5-21.
Duties Include:
- Perform occupational therapy services for students in respects to their status, abilities, and needs
- Developing occupational therapy curriculum for the school and each student, including but not limited to targeting transitional needs
- Implementing OT programs/activities
- Collaborate and train staff in OT Programs and strategies
Requirements:
- Experience working with clients who have Autism (1 year preferred)
- BS/MS Occupational Therapist Degree
- Current NJ OT License
- NJ School Certification
