Full-Time BCBA – Crisis Stabilization (Winslow, NJ)
YCS is actively hiring a full-time BCBA for our Crisis Stabilization Assessment Program (CSAP) in Winslow, NJ, a specialized residential program serving children ages 5–14 with autism and complex behavioral needs.
- Extremely small caseload (5 clients total)

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $75,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and develop behavior support plans
- Oversee data systems and monitor progress
- Provide hands-on staff training and coaching across shifts
- Support crisis stabilization and transition planning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Provide caregiver training as appropriate
Requirements
- BCBA certification / New Jersey LBA
- Experience with autism and high-risk behaviors
- Strong clinical judgment and staff training skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, non-school setting
- All new hires are required to attend 3 day orientation
