Youth Aviation Adventure (YAA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing hands-on aviation education to youth ages 12–18. For nearly 30 years, we’ve introduced thousands of kids to the many exciting career opportunities in the aerospace industry across the U.S.

YAA has an excellent Board of Directors and a long, well-established program that is highly effective in our mission to attract kids to aerospace careers.
YAA is ready for the right person to continue its growth and importance to the aerospace industry for finding and drawing in the next generation of aerospace professionals. This well-developed STEM program is now in an excellent position to soar to new heights. Our team needs the right pilot directing this very worthwhile mission of youth outreach with effective engagement.

- Lead YAA’s operations, programs, and growth

- A passion for aviation and inspiring young people
- Experience in nonprofit leadership or similar “wear-all-hats” roles
- Comfort with both outreach, strategy development and hands-on tasks
- Willingness to work with limited resources and unlimited enthusiasm
